Each round represents a week of matches beginning on the listed date:

- Rounds 1 - 3: August 29 - September 18
- Rounds 4 - 7: September 12 - October 2
- Break Week: October 3 - October 9 
- *Mid-Season Tournament:* Weekend of October 4
- Rounds 8 - 10: October 10 - October 30
- Rounds 11 - 14: October 24 - November 13
